六実駅のこちらへ。目的の店がランチ営業を停止していたので予定変更。船取線沿いをしばらく歩いて駅から10分程。
空いていたのでテーブル席へ。カレーラーメンはなくなっていたので背脂醤油ラーメン￥680大盛￥130
生ビール中￥480を口頭で注文。
先にきた生ビールをごくごく。美味しい。冬場は空気が乾燥しているので喉が乾いてしようがない。はやく春にならないものだろうか。
しばらくしてラーメンが到着。塩気を感じられるスープ。背脂っぽさはあまり感じずどちらかというときりっとした淡白なラーメン。ゴマが効いている。
麺は縮れ麺。やや柔めだか柔麺好きなので問題はないが。淡白なラーメンの中でメンマの甘い味付けがいいアクセントになっている。
ラーメンの他にももつ煮などのメニューを推しているお酒も飲める食堂の趣。セルフサービスでコーヒーが無料です。
