The restaurant is modeled after the food stalls of Hakata Nakasu♪ You can enjoy many delicious Kyushu dishes, such as the famous iron Gyoza / Dumpling, authentic Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot), and oden! ! |
One weekday evening, I suddenly felt like having a drink and stopped by Hakata Theater Shin-Matsudo. It's a small chain store mainly in the Tokyo metropolitan area, and I didn't feel like it had anything to do with Hakata, but I guess that's the kind of atmosphere it has, so I entered the store with a kind heart. The crowd was around 4:00 pm, there were several groups of customers, and the older brother was working alone in the open kitchen. The system that allows orders to be placed from a smartphone is probably part of efforts to improve the efficiency of personnel relations. The appetizer is a typical type of shredded cabbage topped with salted kelp, and costs 330 yen including tax. Hmm...you can get refills at will, but... The main dish comes with iron pot Gyoza / Dumpling and yuzu pepper. Orders are for 2 or more people, so the total cost was 1,822 yen for 2 servings (638 yen including tax), fried oden and daikon radish (216 yen including tax), and 2 square highballs (638 yen including tax). The oden was consistently delicious and served hot with mustard topping. The iron pot Gyoza / Dumpling were piping hot and delicious, but they were a bit oily, and although each Gyoza / Dumpling was small, it felt quite voluminous for two servings.
