山勝角ふじ総本店さんに行ってきました。
カウンター席とテーブル席。なかなか広い店舗です。
食券制です。
かつお麺 950円
まぶし飯(マヨ) 270円→220円現在割引中だそうです。
まぶし飯はマヨの他にはのりかねぎが選べます。
かつお麺は濃厚な角ふじ麺にかつお魚粉がプラスされたような味わいでウマイ！
麺はツルモチです。
醤油漬けニンニクは卓上にあります。
その他カレー粉なんかも置いてあって良い味変になりました。
