実家に帰省した際、お昼前の時間帯に訪問。
店内ほぼ満席でしたが2〜3席の入れ替わりのタイミングで、すぐ着席できました。
私の入店時には後ろにはお客さんはいませんでしたが、着席して以降、店員さんが「並んでお待ちください」と案内している声は聞こえてきました。
食券機で購入したオーダーはこちら。

・焼豚ご飯
結果、費用は高めですが、中盛りでボリューム満点。
シコシコツルツルしすぎない太麺がつけ汁によく絡みます。
量が多いので、序盤で既につけ汁が冷めるのは仕方ない弱点です。
つけ汁は「とみ田」ならではの濃厚スープに、さらに追い鰹節。柚子が良いアクセントになっています。
麺の丼から溢れる焼豚は見た目のインパクトもありますが、見た目ほど脂っこさがなく、単体で食べると上品な味ですが、つけ汁につけることで本来のコレコレ！という焼豚になります。
添えてある味玉は黄身が半熟とろとろ。
焼豚ご飯はつけ麺の方の焼豚と異なり、全体的に焼き目をつけた感じで、ラーメンの焼豚と一緒に注文しても、味が異なるので、飽きもきません。
最後まで美味しくいただけました。
