松戸駅東口には、日本一のつけ麺として名高い、とみ田グループの店舗が3店舗とTOKYO-Xを使用してとんかつ屋さんがありますが、今回は、富田食堂さんで特製醤油らぁ麺を頂きました。
「中華蕎麦 とみ田」は、店主の富田治氏が自ら厨房に立ち腕を振う日本一のつけ麺が味わえますが、此方は随分カジュアルなラーメン屋さんらしい店舗です。
2回目の訪問、初投稿になります。
10時からの通し営業で店舗もカウンター16席、テーブル16席と広い為、平日はほとんど並ばずに美味しいラーメンが食べられます。
今回は、つけ麺では無く特製醤油らぁ麺を頂きました。本店は、ラーメンも濃厚で太麺ですが、此方は中太麺のあっさりした甘めのラーメンです。
チャーシューは、バラ、スモークモモ、ロースとどれも柔らかく美味しいですね。
メンマは、本店そっくりな極太なもの、味玉は若干硬めですがまずまず合格点！
メニューには、とみ田系列では珍しく炒飯や煮干蕎麦もある様なので今度は違ったラーメンも食べてみようと思いました。
