｢ジェット家｣｢厚木家｣と食べ歩きましたが、
次なるお店は｢壱角家｣です。
資本系に逆戻りですがこれはこれで美味いですよ。
特にこのチェーンは西へ行くほど店舗が無くなり、
自分の住む三重県近辺ではまず食べられないので、
とりあえず食べて行くことにしました。
ちょうど夕飯の時間帯でお腹もペコペコだったので。
午後7時半頃の訪問でしたが、
客入りは半分よりやや少ないくらい。
関東だと本物の味を知る人が多いからか、
資本系はあんまり流行らないんでしょうか。
三重県じゃ｢町田商店｣なんか大人気なのに。
【ラーメン(うずら増し)】
例によって固め濃いめ少なめで注文。
さすがに前2軒と比較すると、
スープがかなり甘ったるく感じますが、
これはこれで好きですよ。
そもそも自分が家系にハマった入口は資本系なわけで。
嬉しいのはライスが終日食べ放題なこと。
海苔もしっかり3枚あるので、
これをスープに浸して巻いて食うと美味い。
ライスは10杯を目標に設定しましたが、
3杯で撃沈しました。
