おはようございます！
本日11月29日は1年に1回の「いい肉の日」
ということで今日は肉ネタです(笑)
コロナ禍で、かれこれ２年以上も北海道へ行っていないため、またまたジンギスカンが恋しくなり、行ったところが、千葉県松戸市にある
松戸ジンギスカン倶楽部道
ジンギスカンの本場北海道の美味しいをお届けするお店
なんたって、ママさんが道産子ですからね。
店内に入るとジンギスカン店とは思えないオシャレな雰囲気
カウンター席の奥にはテーブル席もあります。
まずはカウンター席で味わうサッポロビール千葉工場で作られた生ビール
平日はお得なランチもありますが、この日は祝日だったため、レギュラーメニューからオーダー
私がセレクトした羊肉は
元祖生ラム、上ラム肩ロース、ランプ
最初のお肉は道産子ママさんが一切れ焼いてくださり、その後は自分のペースで焼いていきます。
やっぱり生ラムはマイウー！
思わず赤ワインも行ってしまいました。
一緒に焼いた野菜も含めて一つも残さず完食
初めて食べた札幌・羊々亭から40年
ジンギスカンは私に欠かせない食べ物です。
