今日は北松戸駅に泊まるので、近場で美味しそうなお店を探して見つけたのが、私の大好きなジンギスカンのお店「松戸ジンギスカン倶楽部 道」さんを予約して行って来ました。
着席と同時に、炭が入った七輪がドカ〜ン、炭でお肉を焼くなんて期待大。
早速注文は、” 生ビール ” に、先ずは ” 上ラム肩ロース ” ＆ ” ランプ ” を。
焼き過ぎたらお肉が硬くなるとのアドバイスを店員さんからもらい、少し赤みが残るくらいで食べました。
” ランプ ” が軟らかくて美味しいです。
お肉は、オーストラリア産だそうです。
ジンギスカン特有の匂いは少しあるものの、臭みはありません。
次は、” 北海道！名物元祖生ラムジンギスカン ” を注文。
う〜ん、本場北海道のジンギスカンには敵わないなぁ。
なので、美味しかった ” ランプ ” をお替りしました。
本場北海道には敵わないけど、そこそこ美味しかったです。
