お肉がふっくら柔らかなレア状態に。

■粉雪かき氷 抹茶
ミルク風味の粉雪と、抹茶シロップ、
抹茶アイスに、白玉……かな？
甘くて冷たくて、口の中もさっぱり。
お店の方の接客が素晴らしく、
若くて可愛いスタッフさんたちもお肉に詳しいの。
教育が行き届いて、そして、働く人が
気持ちよく働けてるのだろうな、と。
食べる側も、終始幸せな気分になれるお店でした！
