松戸駅東口に降りて、周辺を歩いているとこちらのお店に。席が空いているようなので入ってみます。
早速、最新の券売機で注文。麺の量は、普通とミニで悩みますが、麺250g、今日はいけそうな感じがして普通。うずらに生姜と玉葱を和えた"味変生玉子"をトッピングに選択。
調理をしている厨房を眺めながら暫し待つ。あっ、今、麺が湯に入った。結構、麺が多い。ちょっと自信を失います。
麺のお味や色々なトッピング、スープがニンニクと絡んで辛くなってゆく感じ、味変させてみたりと最大限に楽しむには、少なめの量を選ぶべきと人生を楽しむ教訓のように悟った感じがします。
それでも最後まで食べきれてご馳走さまです。
