月曜日の11時過ぎ、目当てのお店が休みだったのでこちらのお店に初めておじゃま。満席なので外待ち？と思いきや、食券を先に買うように丁寧に案内されます。濃厚雷そばのミニを購入。ニンニク、アブラ、チャーシューはバラを指定。
外で待つこと5分で着席、7～8分での着丼。インパクトのある大判のチャーシュー、ヤサイは普通なので控えめです。
濃厚スープはカエシ強めのトロトロ。ニンニク、ヤサイ、麺と味が均等になるように混ぜてからいただきます。ウェーブのかかった極太の平打ち麺はゴワゴワの食感。キャベツ率多めのヤサイと絡めることで口当たりが良くなる相乗効果。食べ応えあるバラ肉のチャーシューは柔らかく旨い。
麺150gのミニ、適量でした。ごちそうさまでした！
