松戸市みのり台駅近くの大古洞さんへお伺いさせていただきました。
通り沿いで豊富なラーメンを提供されています。
最近では馬橋にもオープンされましたね。
駐車場は店舗前に3台、狭いので少々停め辛いです。
客席はカウンター8席とテーブル席が2卓。
平日の19時ごろ、先客は1組と2名。
卓上調味料は醤油、酢、ラー油、七味、胡椒、生にんにく、紅生姜。
初めてなので基本の醤油ラーメンを選択。
・醤油ラーメン(780円)
しっかりと油の入った豚骨ベース。
想像以上に豚骨感が強く、パワフルな印象。
茶色の色味はマー油かな？
何処となくにんにくの香り。
スパイス的な風味を感じる不思議なスープです。
麺は極細ストレート。
やや柔らかめで啜りやすいタイプ。
チャーシューは豚バラ肉。
炙られていて香ばしい味わい。
他のトッピングは半煮卵、メンマ、海苔。
香辛料のような独特の風味が美味しかったです。
他にはつけ麺や酸辣湯麺なども魅力的。
