Fried Skewers is my favorite food
I've always wanted to go to Kushiya Monogatari. I love Fried Skewers. However, since I don't know the store's system, I was hesitant. A store had opened nearby, so I went there expecting it to be open during the daytime on weekdays and probably not too difficult for beginners. It's a restaurant where you can order alcohol, but the all-you-can-eat menu ends up ruining your balance, so in terms of cost-effectiveness and satisfaction, it's best to drink carbonated drinks at the drink bar from the beginning. The steps are to bring batter and breadcrumbs, coat the toppings you want to fry, and fry them. Once it is fried, it is eaten with sauce. The frying time varies depending on the material, but if you fry it too much, the flavor will deteriorate, so it's best to be careful about the frying time. You can even measure it with a stopwatch on your smartphone. I think it's a good idea to put it next to the frying pan once it's fried in bulk and let the oil drain off. There are about 7 types of sauces, so you can choose from a variety of them. You may be tempted to try all types of sauces, but since you'll be busy with frying and choosing various toppings, it might be a good idea to limit your sauces to about 4 types. There are many kinds of toppings, but I don't think it's necessary to forcefully coat vegetables or paste-based ingredients that can be deep-fried. The batter absorbs a surprising amount of oil, so if you continue to eat the batter, it will leave you with a heavy after-meal feeling. Also, even if you coat vegetables, they tend to peel off easily and get in the way in the fryer. Also, personally, I think it's better to coat and fry seafood as the main ingredient rather than meat. I understand the desire to go for meat, but I feel that seafood is more delicious when eaten as a single Fried Skewers. Of course, if you're going for white rice with Fried Skewers I think meat-based dishes are also an option. If you like silver octopus, the fried takoyaki will suit your tastes, and they also have mini taiyaki and churros, so you can enjoy Sweets not only as a meal but also as a dessert. However, I generally didn't have a good impression of Sweets, the sugar coating on Chocolate fountain was not good (I thought it wasn't chocolate lol), and Soft serve ice cream at Kaikatsu Club seemed to be better. I feel like it. There are also carbohydrates, so if you adjust the amount with carbohydrates, I think it will be enough to eat 60 skewers. It's fun to try and it's easier than you think, so if you're interested, please give it a try.

I did it again lol By the second time I was used to it, I could see the winning formula. We recommend battering protein-based foods and deep-frying other foods. It's good to coat vegetables with batter, but it tends to fall off during frying and doesn't look very nice. This time I decided to try side dishes other than Fried Skewers. The wakame soup has a strong ginger flavor, which is great. I thought that Ochazuke（boiled rice with tea）that was being recommended was particularly delicious, but it was actually ordinary... Speaking of taste alone, I think Yayoiken's dashi chazuke is more delicious. This Ochazuke（boiled rice with tea）is light, so it seems like it would be perfect to bridge the gap between Fried Skewers. I also tried the dessert, but the only thing that left an impression on my mouth was that it was sweet. Perhaps there is no need to force yourself to take on the challenge. The prices may have increased due to the current times, but it's not a big deal since it's a highly entertaining restaurant. The overall impression remained unchanged.
