北小金駅から小金バスランドに行き、
露天の薬湯とサウナを堪能した後に
とある施設でとある用事を済ませて、
更にその後常磐線を使ってマッドへ
行きました。
マッドの駅前周辺でほぼ唯一明かり
が灯っていた神豚さんに入りました。
串焼きと炊きギョザ、馬刺等がある
九州料理っぽい居酒屋です。
バイトの女性店員さんに入口付近の
カウンター席を勧められたので着席。
距離の離れたテーブル席と小上がり
には20代とおぼしきグループが数組。
店内禁煙なので軒先でタバコを吸う
客も数名うろうろ。
とりあえずメニューを見て
豚キムチ
唐揚げ
辺りを頼もうと思って声をかけたら
どれも売り切れ。
一品料理はメインのギョザも含めて
10品近くが売り切れ状態。
つーか作る気がなさそうな雰囲気。
気を取り直して下記をオーダー。

お通しは無し。
◼️トマト巻き
○元屋のレヴェルの高さをマッドで
再認識。
◼️ピーマンチーズ
塩が振ってあるものの味付け薄めで
豚肉の臭みもやや気になりました。
卓上調味料がないのでカスタマイズ
もできず。
◼️麦ロック 550円
お酒が一合800円台ということで麦。
◼️チャシュー
玉ねぎスライス添え。
一口サイズで食べやすかったですが、
もう少しタレがほしいところ。
バイトの女性はマスクをしっかりと
着用していましたが、店主らしき
男性店員さんがずーっとアゴ○○○
で(以下略)いるのが気になったので
そそくさとFIN
ごちそうさまでした。
再び常磐線に乗車。
