知らないうちに松戸に新しい手打ちそば店がオープンしていたようです。
レビューを見ると、押しなべてそこそこの評価という印象。
インスタを見るとどうやらお若い夫婦でやっているお店みたいです。
週末の昼、一人でお店へと向かいました。
一瞬通り過ぎてしまいそうな地味な門構え。
蕎麦屋っぽくなくてカフェの様な、良く言えば手作り感のある、悪く言えば低予算な店構えです。
入店すると先客はまばら。
駅から徒歩５分程度ですが、周りはさびれた商店街というか、住宅街っぽくもあり、決して条件が良さそうな場所ではないですね。
結構お腹もすいていたので以下を注文してみました。
①鴨焼き550円
②焼鳥(塩)440円
③せいろ715円
④おかわりくるみつゆ330円
⑤おかわりせいろ550円
鴨焼きと焼鳥はまぁ普通ですかね。鴨焼きは個人的にはもう少しレア目な食感が好みです。せいろもそれほど期待できないかと思いきや、ムムッ！結構美味しい♪ 切りむらが多少あるので手打ち＆手切りだと思います。水切りの加減も良く噛み心地も良いです。そして香りもなかなか。ツユは濃くも無く薄くもなく良い感じで、鰹節の香りもたっています。そして盛りも良いですね。715円という価格は安いかもしれません。想像以上に美味しかったので「くるみつゆ」と「おかわりせいろ」も注文してしまいました。くるみつゆは、好みによるところですが、私はもう少しくるみペーストが濃厚タイプが好きなので、まぁそこそこ。でもそばが美味いのでぐんぐんイケてしまう。完食したらもう蕎麦湯も飲めないほど腹パンでした。予想以上に美味しかった・・・幸せ♡
