前々から行こうと思っていたそば屋さんである『手打ちそば ひなり』さん。場所は千葉県松戸市、新京成電鉄新京成線上本郷駅から松戸新田駅に向かう、車道沿いの仲井町辺り…って言っても、松戸市民でもわかりにくい場所だなぁ…。上本郷のマルエツの斜向かいです。
「くるみつゆそば」（税込990円）をオーダーしました。店内は、狭いながらも洒落ていて、落ち着いた雰囲気です。静かに時が刻まれます。お待たせしました…と膳が運ばれてきました。くるみと合わされたつゆと、細くしなやかなそば、薬味は小口ねぎのみ。シンプルイズベストな構え。うん、クルミのコクがしなやかに主張してくる、甘めなお汁がなかなかイイ！確かに、この甘みに合わせられる、辛味系のアクセント薬味は無いなぁ…。これはもう、これで完成形ではなかろうか。1000円を切るザ・パーフェクト、これは美味しいです。
