I went to work in the afternoon and had time to change trains, so I stopped by. Just 2 minutes walk from Higashi-Matsudo Station and right in front of you. When I arrived after 11 o'clock on Thursday, I was the first person to arrive. The store opens at 10am, but the inside looks like it's still in preparation, with everything being set up. I ordered the Biryani set which I had decided on from the beginning. Comes with a mini salad and a drink. I ordered a lassi. The inside of the restaurant is quite spacious and can seat about 40 people. There is a balcony in front of the store, so it looks nice when the weather gets warmer. It was served after about a 15 minute wait. I was curious about the train time so I went to check it, but it seemed like it was taking a while to grill the chicken. The biryani here has a thick soup or brown rice. When you take a bite, it's spicy and delicious. Nuts or dried fruit? It contains a lot of ingredients and has a good texture. The rice is long grain rice, but not the extremely long kind. Is the quantity small? That's what I thought when I first saw it, but the plate is deep, so there's more in it than I expected. There are two large chunks of grilled chicken inside, making it very filling. This is also spicy and delicious. In the second half, a white and sour soup (I forget the name) is poured over the biryani. I ate it quickly and finished it in no time. Around that time, two women came in. Thank you for the meal. Higashi-Matsudo Station is a transfer station, so I wanted to explore it a little more if I had the chance.
