一駅7分の隣駅松戸駅で下車。
確認のため電話したらやってなかった(汗)
このままとんぼ返りするのは癪だ。
ならばBMしていて未訪問の店に行こう。
松戸で評価がまだ高くないけど
信頼できるレビュアーさんが高評価。
しかも贔屓してない人なので信頼できる。
駅の西口から江戸川方向(西)へ進み
「ほっともっと」の手前のビルの2階にある。
お店は閉まっていたので連絡。
開けてくれた。
客が来なかったら閉まったままなのかな？
なので一番客やった。
独りなのでカウンターに座ろう。
何となくメニューは予習していた。
しかしながら最近のレビューがなかったので
再度メニューを見ながら熟考して決定。

そしてトマトと都心のビストロでいただくものと
遜色なし。これええな。
赤ワイン(グラス) 500円
ワインがリーズナブルなのもええ。
チリのカベルネ・ソーヴィニヨン
タンニンも感じられるが心地よいレベル。
しっかり空気も抜いていて安心できる。
さて、カレーも美味しそうやしハンバーグも。
そやけどカツレツかな。
どれも旨そうで本当に迷う。

低温熟成豚(コンフィ)カツレツ ミラノスタイル

チーズ、バジル、トマト、バルサミコ酢使用
オリーブライス 200円
に決定。
丁寧に調理しているので時間はかかる。
別皿で添えられたピクルスも美味しい。
このカツレツは東京Xではないけど
旨味が噛む度に口の中に溢れるねん。
肉も柔らかくてこれ凄い。
夢中で食べてしまい赤ワインが残りそうにw
このメニューだけでもまた食べたいのに
他にも食べたいものがある。
ならばまた行かねば。

松戸はイタリアンは多いけど
フレンチ・ビストロのええ店が少ない。
