家族で松戸の和欧食堂さんを訪問。料理はコースでまずはシャンパンで乾杯です。食べ物はまずは前菜盛り合わせから。前菜は牛のリエット、アボカドと海老のフリット、ピンチョス風トルティーヤ、フランスのおつまみの4種。左のリエットは間違いなくワインが進むやつ。香りのよいリエットで旨味が濃縮されています。
アボカドと海老のふりっとはサクッとした衣に円やかなアボカドがベストマッチ。下には自家製タルタルが敷いてあり、一番右のフランスのおつまみはパンに何か野菜？のペースト的なものを塗った揚げたと言っていた気がします。そして、どれもお酒が進むので、白ワインをボトルでお願いします。
白ワインはフランスのムートンガデを選択。バランスのいい飲みやすい白ワインで、どんなおつまみにも合いそうな味です。スープはソーセージと貝の入ったクリーミースープで、器は和風なのが面白いですね。
そして、メインのステーキ。ステーキはTOXYO-Xの熟成肉を使用しており、食べてみると肉の旨味がじわーと広がり、意外とあっさりと食べやすいので、するすると食べられます。ソースも美味しいですね～。トリュフ使ってるのか。ワインが進む味で、付け合わせのラタトゥイユもGOOD。ご飯とパンを選べるので私はライスで食べましたが、ライスもバッチリ合います。ライスもオリーブオイル的な香りがあり、麦飯になっているのでひと手間加えられています。
最後は珈琲とプリンアラモード。フルーツたっぷりでプリンは自家製かと思われますが、コクがあり美味しく、アイスとも合います。デザートもしっかりとボリュームがあり、お腹いっぱいで大満足。
接客や雰囲気も良くいいお店に出会えました。どうもご馳走様でした。
