I wanted to eat something bread-like for lunch today, so I decided on a cafe lunch. What I came up with was "Cafe×Dining With a Will." Since it's French cuisine shop, I haven't had a chance to come here until now, but today is the perfect time. When I entered the store just before 12:00, there was only one other customer. The host gently guided us to the seat of our choice, and we settled into a seat for two in the middle. When the water and paper towels were delivered, I asked the host about the lunch set before considering it. The menu includes not only French cuisine, but also curry, pasta, rice bowls, and more. But, well, I guess this is French cuisine, so I choose the ``Ham and Cheese French cuisine Sandwich'' (880 yen) from the options that don't seem to be sweet, and add an ``Iced Coffee'' (350 yen with 100 yen discount) as a drink. Shortly after placing my order, a soft-spoken elderly clerk brings me a cutlery set and rusks. Could it be your husband's mother? "Would you like me to bring you some coffee right away?" he asked politely. Coffee will be provided with the meal. I can see the husband working in the kitchen, frying ham and cheese in a frying pan. The careful handling of the food seems to reflect the owner's personality. Inside the store, light instrumental J-POP songs are played. Completed in less than 15 minutes. The yellow of French cuisine and the green and red of the salad stand out against the white plate. The salad consists of lettuce, mizuna, cherry tomatoes, bacon slices, large croutons, and grated cheese. The dressing is Caesar salad style. It feels more like an appetizer than a garnish. French cuisine toast has four layers of soft ham and cheddar cheese. The fluffy and moist French cuisine melts in your mouth, with the saltiness of the ingredients and the richness of the eggs in the dough. Yeah, it's delicious. The outside has just the right amount of brownness. The coffee looks reddish and weak, but it's not like that when you drink it. There is almost no sourness, and it has a bitter taste. It feels like it complements the sweetness of French cuisine. I slowly eat French cuisine, which is so delicious that I feel like I'll finish it all in no time. Still, it melts in your mouth, so you finish eating it in about 5 minutes. The rusks are crunchy rather than crunchy, and the butter oozes out when you bite into them. I guess they use pieces of bread, but it's delicious enough to be included on the regular menu. Honestly, I didn't think it would be enough, since French cuisine is about the size of one slice of bread, but I felt surprisingly satisfied, probably because my heart was satisfied.
