以前串揚げ屋だったお店の内装はほぼそのままな感じで、新たな蕎麦店へ
串揚げ店のオーナーも独特だったが蕎麦店も個性的。
店内は変わった作りのカウンター席少しと、4人掛け掘りごたつの内装
蕎麦と牡蠣がウリのようで、カキフライ定食もあって気になるが、
やはり蕎麦を中心にこれまでに食べた蕎麦は以下
〇せいろ 800円
〇カキ天せいろ 1,400円
〇かけそば 700
先付け的な松戸相模屋の豆腐とポテトサラダで蕎麦を待つ
せいろは二八がいい具合で、硬さも丁度良くて美味い
牡蠣は天ぷらがいいなと思って頼んだカキ天せいろは、
殻に乗った牡蠣と野菜天中心の構成
天ぷらが全て好みの感じで蕎麦より個人的には良かった
かけそばは濃いめのつゆで、せいろとして味わいほうが好み
今度は生カキとカキフライで飲んで、蕎麦で締めたいなと思った一軒
