開店初日に訪問しました。
券売機で食券を購入するシステムです。
開店から3日間は販売商品が限られていたので、メインの商品である以下を購入しました。
・金のもも肉唐揚げ 4個 400円（税込）（開店サービスで1個増量あり）
・銀のむね肉唐揚げ 4個 400円
・ゆずこしょう唐揚げ 4個 500円
唐揚げはこの他に、辛い唐揚げ、カレー味唐揚げ、手羽先唐揚げがあり
つけだれ3種類や、サイドメニュー3種類もラインナップされています。
からあげは1個約50gで、ボリュームがあります。
当店の唐揚げは、にんにく・しょうがが不使用で、秘伝のしょうゆだれが
ベースとなっています。それだけにクセがない上品な味付けでした。
にんにくやしょうが入りの濃い味付けが好みなのですが、それがなくても十分おいしかったです。
金のもも肉は衣がカリカリ。お肉は脂がのりやわらかくジューシーです。
銀のむね肉は脂分が少ないですが、パサパサすることもなく、さっぱりとしたお肉の味わいです。
ゆず胡椒（もも肉使用）は、ゆずの柑橘風味と辛さもあり大変美味。
個人的には一番おいしかったです。
金のもも肉、銀のむね肉なら、他のからあげ専門店よりも、価格がリーズナブルと思います。
次回は辛い唐揚げとカレー味唐揚げを購入したいです。
