イタリアンUNOが新装開店。
基本的には経営は変わらずのよう。
コンセプトをオトナにシフトし、オッシャレーで暗めなお店に。
ソファー席多めで食事をするのは不便な部分はあるが、UNO時代からある個室は、ちょっとした人数で集まって騒ぐ(今は無理か。。？)にはイイ。
予約しての訪問だが、いきなり窓際近くに３組も集めるのはどうだろう。
混んでる風に見えるけど、ほらほら、一組移動をお願いしてんじゃん。
客を入れる場所を考えて欲しい。
炭火焼きの鹿肉など今までより気になる品が増えたメニュー
頂いたのは
encoreの前菜七種盛り
炙り生タコのカルパッチョ、サラミと季節のフルーツ、彩りピクルス、オリーブのマリネなど。
イチゴ？のソースで頂くタコのカルパッチョが面白い。
キノコのオムレツ トリュフ風味
不味いわけない組み合わせ。
こないだ食べたフレッシュマッシュルームの方がよかったけど。
からすみがけホタテのペペロンチーノ
いわゆる赤玉とも呼ばれるオレンジ色のホタテがイイね。
からすみの味はそれほど活きてないけど美味しいパスタです。
鹿ロースの炭火焼き
噛むとジューシーな赤身肉
あっさりしてて結構好き
牛ハツの炭火焼き
１番よかったのはこちら
サックりとしたハツの食感がイイ
だがどうやら炭火焼きは牛も鹿もモモもロースも全てマスタード&塩、レモンのよう。
違うソースの提案があっても良いと思うのだけど。
イチゴソースは合うかわからんけど。
グラスワインでオレンジワインもありましたね。
ちょっと高い。
料理はそれほど高くないし雰囲気良いし、前の店よりコンセプトがハッキリして良いと思う。
また来てみよう。
