Old Rossiam. We have made a fresh start with a new owner and new chef. The chef and his mother each have experience working at several famous restaurant in Tokyo. In order to see the happy faces of my customers, I opened my own store where I could provide hospitality the way I wanted. |
It's been a long time since I last visited Yabashira Station. I thought it was "Yabashira", but it turned out to be "Yabashira". I didn't know (sweat) I asked during my break time at work. When you open the cluttered front door, you'll find a counter, and if you pass through that and head inside, you'll find table seats. ◾︎Tom Yum Ramen ¥850 (tax included) Although it was called Ramen, it was actually rice flour pho. This is a very spicy type of tom yum goong. There's only a small amount of coriander, so people who don't like it will appreciate it, but people who like it won't have enough. It may be unusual for half a boiled egg to come with it. There were two of my favorite Fukurodake mushrooms and two of the shrimp. The side dish of vermicelli salad is surprisingly delicious. It comes with mini gapao rice, which is delicious on its own. Also, Bubble tea coconut milk was good to soothe the numb tongue from tom yum goong. It comes with a drink bar, but the hot coffee is kept warm by a coffee server, so it tends to boil over. This is a small, homely restaurant run by one chef and one mom.
