今回は北小金の沖縄料理屋さん『ちゅらさん』
に伺いました！
駅から3分くらい歩きます。
少し暗い道から、ぱっと明るい看板が導いてくれます。
店内はカウンター、お座敷が2席です。
土曜日の19時でお座敷は埋まり、カウンターも1組と
なかなか混んでます。その後もお客さんは入り、ほぼ満席！地元に愛されてます。
ウーロンハイは泡盛か、金宮か選べます。400円
ゴーヤチャンプル、ラフテーどちらも美味しい！
興味で頼んだのが、トーフヨー 600円
見た目は赤く、固形のチーズに見えますが…
酒粕のような濃ゆい味で、ちまちま頂きます。
とてもアルコールが濃い！！癖があるので、苦手な人もいそう…
沖縄もつ煮 500円
はとっても美味しい！プリプリのモツに、
鰹だし（ソーキそばのスープ）が染みわたって、締めにもピッタリ！！
ごちそうさまでした！
