行列はあるけど普通だろうと思って入店したが、思っていたよりうまかった。
やっぱり味噌には西山ラーメンが合うね。
本場の味噌は具があまり乗らないイメージがあったので野菜増しにして正解。ひき肉も穴あきレンゲで確実にすくえるのが良い。
スタッフは4人いたけど回転は良くない。
自分もだがトッピングを頼む人が結構いたからそれも行列になる要因のひとつだと思った。
ここの物件は自分の知る限り、この店を含めて5件連続ラーメン店が展開している。ほとんどの店がそこそこ人が入っており、評判も悪くないのに閉店してしまう不思議。この店には長く続いてもらいたい。
