火曜日のランチは、松戸駅東口の新店舗(5ヶ月以上経ちますが)「北海道ラーメン さつほろ」さんへ初訪問しました。
此方は立地条件は良いのですが、どのラーメン屋さんも長続きせず入れ替わりが早いようですね。
12時20分で待ち無し、カウンターは満席ですが手前の2人掛けテーブル席へ
券売機では左上の法則により特製味噌ラーメンをポチ、厨房では挽肉？を炒める音が聞こえ5分位で着丼です。
先ずはスープを一口、気を衒う事なく王道の札幌味噌ラーメンですね。何十年も前からあるどこか懐かしい味わいです。
麺も西山製麺所らしい黄色のちぢれ麺で味噌ラーメンにピッタリです。
このラーメンを昼時に並ばすに食べられるのは嬉しい限りですが、よく言えばシンプルイズベストですが、行列店になるには何かもう一工夫必要な気がしまします。何せ松戸駅周辺は、ラーメン大激戦区ですからねー
