2023年12月20日 1300頃訪問
お初となります"北海道ラーメン さつほろ"で"特製味噌らーめん"950円と"ライス(小盛)"100円を頂きました。
"スタミナ軒"の後地に今年6月8日にオープンした様です。
食券方式で、入り口左側に大きな券売機があり、すぐ店員さんが回収、空いてるカウンター席に案内され約10分程で着丼でした。
1300位でほぼ満席で、次から次へとお客さんが来ますので中々の繁盛ぶりですね。
まずスープをズズズっと、濃厚な味噌スープ美味しいですね〜
ライスが欲しくなるスープです♪
特製と謳ってますが、ノーマルが無いのでこれが標準タイプみたいです。
麺は西山製麺の黄色い中太縮れ麺で、硬めに茹でられておりいい啜り心地でこのスープにジャストフィットです。
薄めですが大判チャーシュー、これがいい味付けで美味しかったです。
次回機会があればトッピングしてチャーシュー麺にしたいです。
店員さんも感じ良かったです。
