JR常磐線と新京成線がある松戸駅東口から５分位の所にある『北海道ラーメンさつほろ』さんに伺いました。
入って直ぐの所にある券売機で「特製味噌らーめん」¥950を購入してカウンター席に着き暫し待つ。
５分後程で着丼。麺は店頭にも記載されていた西山製麺製で有名店も多数あり、食べる前から心躍る。
丼面はラードでコーティングされており､チャーシュー・味玉・白髪葱・めんま・もやし・刻みチャーシュー・挽肉・生姜と王道のトッピング。
先ずは一口スープを頂く。深いコクと味わいが感じられ、濃厚味噌が口の中に広がります。
麺はモチモチの縮れがスープに絡み、美味しい。ライスを頼めば良かったと思いました。
