タイトルからは想像しにくいですが、
餃子と担々麺のお店。
担々麺はゴマの風味が豊かなベースに、
辛みの赤ダレがかかっていますが、デフォルトでは混ざっておらず、
胡麻の風味を感じる部分と、辛みを感じる部分と初めは別々に、
そして最後は、徐々に混ざる味の変化を楽しめます。
サイドご飯の鶏茸飯も、
蒸し鶏とネギ塩タレがマッチして、
頼んで正解と思える一品、おそらく次回も頼むでしょう。
場所柄、駅前に競合店が多いところはありますが、
美味しいお店見つけたって感じのお店です。
