3月の訪問です。
最初の写真は、お店の近くで見た梅の花。
季節感が無く申し訳ないです。
天せいろそば1360円
卵焼き630円
夫と一緒に訪問。
おそばは細くて弾力がありました。
天ぷらは丸いかき揚げで
中にはプリプリの小エビが入っていて
北柏の「竹やぶ」の天ぷらを想像しましたが
先行レビューを拝読すると
そちらで修行なさったようです。
もう少ししっかり油切りがしてあると
うれしかったです。
衣がクリーミーなのは
あえてなのかどうか分かりません。
卵焼きは想像していた
だし巻き に近いものとは少し違いましたが
普通に美味しく頂きました。
お手洗いには除菌ジェルや
アルコールスプレーが完備され
感染対策はしっかりなさっていました
