3500円でドンと立派で究極にふわふわの鰻がいただけます。かなりの技術だと思います。
ご飯はやや硬め、タレは甘さ控えめ、山椒は生山椒です。お店の雰囲気もよくて良心とこだわりを感じる店です。
鰻は小暮や、小田原の友栄、池袋のかぶと、尾花などなどいろいろいってるので多少は良し悪しわかっているつもりです。
コスパ最強ですごくお勧めです。
