スタッフに無駄な動きが多く6名は多すぎる。
4名が妥当（原価をもっと抑えられると思う）。
担々麺は砕いたナッツが多めでサクサク、コリコリと食感が楽しい。
塩加減控えめ。
やや甘め。
山椒は別皿で自身の好みで投入。
麺は美味しかった。
肉味噌も美味しかった。
