幼児がいるということで、
バウンサーとバスタオルも
用意してありました。
が、、、、
ちょうど法事やお祝いでの方が多く
本当に忙しそうで
従業員の方バタバタで、
物落としまくりカウンターは荒れ放題。
二時間制なのにはじまりの合図もなし。
お食い初めの説明もなし。
飲み放題なのに飲み物が
いくらたってもこない。
呼び出しベルあるが全く人が来ない。
何度も催促しましたが、こない。
コース料理で二時間制だったのですが
人もずっと来ないし
もうこれで終わりかとお会計を
お願いしたところ
これからデザート出ます、とのこと。
その提供にもまた時間かかり、
デザートと一緒に飲み物も飲みたかったのに
それも遅い遅い遅い。
（他の卓の方もそれで帰っていました）
お食い初め膳の鯛を包んでもらうよう
お願いしましたがそれも催促してやっと。
忙しい時期なのは分かりますが
みなさん予約されてきてると思いますし
事前に把握はできたはず。
従業員の人数を増やして対応するとか
そういった配慮がされてなく残念でした。
