平日12時半、印西市のお取引先に寄ると
社長がランチ行こうと、
奢りなので拒否権が無いので
この店に、
中華屋らしいが、刺身にトンカツもあるなんでも定食屋、
ニラレバがうまいとのこと、繰り返すが奢りの為、オススメを頂く。
確かにレバーが丁寧に下処理してあって美味い。
同時に驚いたのが。小鉢のマグロの佃煮のような物、
この手のって大体、硬くて不味いじゃ無いですか？これ圧倒的に美味いんです。
佃煮風にする部位では無いのでは？
この小鉢が美味い秘訣を聞きたかったが
カウンターの定連が昼からガンガンジョッキで酒飲んでいて関わりたく無い感じだったので
質問は次回にします。
ここは攻めたら美味いかもしれない、
