我孫子で蕎麦なら、#松風庵 さん！
という事で蕎麦ランチ。
限定の極荒そばとせいろ2枚を。
極荒そばは見ての通り極太で食べると口中で蕎麦が爆発岩塩をちょっとつけて食べると甘味も感じられる。表面滑らかで喉越しもイイですよ。
せいろは蕎麦の香り爽やかに響きます。
見ての通り蕎麦湯がめっちゃ濃くて…これは旨い
最後まで堪能させていただきました。
