ポールポジションでしたが 注文したのは11：45ごろ そば殻も合わせて挽いて 打ってる田舎蕎麦のように黒い点々 見た目ほど硬くないし腰も今一 でも旨い 腰がある＝旨いの概念が壊れそうちっちゃく薄い鴨が４枚ほど つけ汁に鴨のコク・甘みが出切った？抜け殻みたいな肉かも？蕎麦粉（殻）が沈んだ濃い蕎麦湯 かき混ぜて注ぎました
