すかいらーくグループの和食ファミリーレストラン『夢庵』さんでは現在、春のフェアとして、＜春、到来＞ ～山の幸と、海の恵み～ と銘打って、海の幸・山の幸をふんだんに使用した、季節のメニューを展開されています。
「大たけのこそば（大盛無料）」（税込1,099円）を、タブレット端末からオーダーしました。タブレットのアンケートに答えたり、スマホをいじったりしながら待つこと数分、やって来ました「大たけのこそば」は、ちょっと盛り付けが残念なものの、そば大盛りのボリューム感が良かったです。大たけのこが２本、大根おろし、千葉県産の菜の花、にんじん１切がそばの上にのっていますが、いずれも味付けはされておらず、薄く張られたそばつゆに付けて食べねばならず、ちょっとイマイチでした。それから、そばにかつおぶしを乗せるというセンスの無さは、いかがな物でしょう。そばつゆのだしをケチってますよ…と自ら言っているような物です。
