Today, to celebrate my partner's birthday which had been postponed (*^^*), I made a reservation at Restaurants Chaleur in Ensoleyer Village in Chiba New Town. On the way, the road was busy so I arrived a little late.This restaurant is based on a village in the Provence region of southern France. The atmosphere is nice (●＾o＾●) It's basically Wedding Halls (lol) The village chief's whimsical lunch with a grand piano and a view of the courtyard is ¥3,850.The two children even changed their main dish to beef fillet ( *^^*)+¥880- ・ Prosciutto and figs ・Pork and burdock yule ・Anno potato soup ・Fresh fish gris ・Roast clear stream chicken Provence style (・Chef's carefully selected beef fillet) ・Dessert ・Coffee or tea en route And French bread, olive oil, Prosciutto, and figs. What is this (^O^) so delicious? Suddenly it's a pre-emptive punch. Pork and burdock yule. Corned beef-like pork sandwiched between burdock root, served with burdock mousse. Anno potato soup. Smells great. Hey! It's sweet, but you can really feel the texture of the ingredients.Grilled fresh fish Today's fresh fish is sole, with egg yolk and garlic sauce (*´艸｀*) Even my girls who don't like fish dishes say it's delicious.Roast clear stream chicken.
