そんな中引っ掛かってきたのがこちら

外観からは想像もできない
広々とした店内

先ずはノンアルビールで
かんぱ～い♪
メヒカリの唐揚げ（椒鹽目光魚）
あ！これ香港でよく食べる
椒鹽九肚魚みたい
食べるとホワッホワで
ホロホロ崩れる味の深いメヒカリ
あ～～、まさに九肚魚
シェフ、只者じゃないな
カキの衣揚げ（炸鮮蠔）
野菜たっぷりで彩りも豊か
美しいお皿
酒店厨師のかほり漂う作風
カキの火の通し方が秀逸
全体のバランスもよく
あ～～本物のビール吞みたい

提供してくれました
お心遣いに感謝
きっちり皮付きのお肉
そうそう、扣肉はこうじゃなくっちゃ
コックリと仕上がったお肉
ポテトクリームってどうよ?
と半信半疑でしたが
これが素晴らしい調和を見せ感動
フランス料理で言うところの
ポンムピューレっぽい仕上がりで
バターかな？かすかに油脂っぽい風味
ソースもイイですよ～
これ、ワイン合わせたら絶対美味しい
ソースもったいないので
白飯頼んで投入
キレイにいただきました

蒸し鶏と青菜の塩煮込みそば
（鷄絲燴麺）
濛々と湯気立ちのぼる
グツグツ泡立つ土鍋
なんとシェフご自身がお持ちいただき恐縮
お汁からイイ香りが立ち昇り
キチンと出汁を取った事がよくわかります
これ、冬場にいただいたら
美味しさ倍増だろうなぁ
