It will be a domestic beef dealer of a popular Yakiniku (Grilled meat) chain store in Chiba Prefecture in Chiba New Town. A stamp rally is being held, but gradually all the shops are left to be formidable. The conditions are a place where the location is difficult to get to and the price rises at a Wagyu Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurant. This time, I went to Kashiwa for another business, but it was closed, and I came to this direction and I wanted to congratulate myself at the beginning of the year, so I decided to visit the store. Since it is a more upscale line than Akamon, the inside of the store is very spacious and calm without a messy feeling. It is also equipped with an alcohol cellar, which has a rich atmosphere. This time, there was a coupon for lunch only, so I used it. The contents include short ribs with tongue, wakame soup with salad and kimchi, free soft drinks and sorbet. Rice is available for an additional fee, but a large serving is free. After a while, the set contents arrived. The plates are also served in a slightly luxurious way. The meat is made from domestic beef, so it is tender and has a strong flavor. The net is also solid, and I feel particular about the area where I recommend that you apply it to the net with beef tallow. The sauce is the same as Akamon, but there were fewer types than Akamon. Akamon's sauce can be used to make white rice by itself, so it can be seen that it is a quality that can be tasted regardless of meat. If it is 2530 yen including tax with this content, I think the cost performance is good. It is recommended when you want to eat calmly and elegantly.
