１日限定80食の純手打ち麺に舌鼓

初石駅より8分位にある『手打ちラーメン長八』さんに伺いました。開店より20分早めに来たが、既に10数名並んでおりギリギリ一巡目で入れる門思ったが、自分の前で切れ、11時20分に入店し長テーブルに着席し「ねぎラーメン」¥650を注文。

10分後位に着丼。濃いめのスープに沢山の葱、刻みチャーシューがトッピングされています。
まずは一口、スープを頂く。旨い。
醤油ベースの濃いめのスープなのに､くどく無く多少甘味のあるスープ。
葱も焼葱やせん切り・斜め切りとあり、辛味のある物もあり、良いアクセントになっていおりめちゃくちゃ旨い。刻みチャーシューも葱と一緒に食べても、麺と一緒に食べても合う。

麺も太麺で手打ちの為、太さも均一では無いがスープに絡み食べ応えもあり堪らない。

非常に美味しかったです。ご馳走様でした。

追記：当店は火・水曜日がお休みで、１日限定80食の純手打ち麺。開店前に訪問並んででも食べたいラーメンでした。
