草加流山線沿いに建つロードサイド店。
店の近所には数台分専用駐車場も確保されているが、やや分かりづらいので店頭に貼られた案内図でよく確認されると良い。
店外からでも店内の様子はよく見えるが、7〜8割がたは席が埋まっており人気を集めていることが窺える。
店内はカウンター席とテーブル席が用意されているが、そこかしこに「店内撮影禁止」の貼り紙がなされている。
店主さんに確認したところ料理の撮影も禁止とのことなので、注意されたし。
その店内には「創業昭和55年」と書かれたポスターも。
“ネギチャーシューメン”1,000円をオーダー。
ラーショお馴染みの豚骨醤油で、出汁感は中くらいの濃度。
背脂は常識的な量でそれほどこってりでもない。
麺は椿食堂本部製の細ストレート麺で柔茹で。
チャーシューはやや厚切りで満足感がある。
この系統の中では特筆すべき点はなく、安心して食べられる仕上り。
再度となるが、ラーメンの画像も撮影禁止なので、撮影マストな方にはオススメしない。
