At noon on New Year's Eve in December, I was about to eat lunch after taking a bath and stumbled upon Mamma Pasta here. The restaurant is large and there were some empty tables, but maybe there aren't enough people? It took a while to be guided. When we were shown to our seats, we were told that today's amberjack aqua pazza was 980 yen, so my uncle ordered eggplant and mozzarella tomato sauce pasta for 1,390 yen, my wife ordered meat pasta for 990 yen, and aqua pazza and homemade bread for 270 yen. The food was served surprisingly quickly, in less than 10 minutes. Uncle's pasta is exactly as I imagined, and it goes well with eggplant and tomatoes, and of course goes well with cheese. I was eating noodles for the second time since yesterday, and I was thinking, ``This is New Year's Eve Pasta.'' The aqua pazza was also made with amberjack ara and had a good dashi. The meat was fluffy, soft and delicious. It's delicious when you soak the bread in the soup and it was a good decision to order.
