京成成田駅近く開運橋のたもとにあります蕎麦割烹「一福」さん。
以前の上司らとの久々の懇親会で利用しました。
幹事様お任せで、飲み放題付きコース(5,000円)でした。

胡麻豆腐ウニのせ、ツプ貝の煮つけ、野菜類

この茄子がフルーツみたいに甘くてみずみずしくて旨い！
水茄子かな？塩をちょいづけしたら、更に旨くなりました。

これも上品に美味しく…水ダコ？が良かったです。

味が濃くて、しっかりとした旨さです。
肉も旨いんですが、九条ネギがまた旨い！
ホントに鴨がネギ背負ってきました。
これ、また今度単品で頼みたいです。
(熱燗メインでお酒も進み、途中、割愛…)

蕎麦割烹です。やっぱり最後の楽しみはお蕎麦。
コシも香りもしっかりしていて、お酒の後も美味しさに感心。
辛口のツユにちょいづけして手繰ります。
最後の蕎麦湯もまた美味しい。
今度は、看板料理らしい九条ネギのぶっかけ蕎麦みたいなのをいただきに来ようかと…
