成田山に詣でた帰り道、サク飲みしようと、こちらにお邪魔しました。
寅屋さんには、駅前の立ち飲みのお店と、こちらの本店がありますが、本店の古の出立に心惹かれるものがあり、こちらに訪問しました。
人気メニューは何かと尋ねると、ウチは串焼きですとの事です。
また、梅割りは立ち飲み店のみのメニューとの事でした。
・煮込み 400円
・ハラミ串 400円
・レバー串 400円
・梅サワー 400円
・グレープフルーツサワー 400円
煮込みは、柔らかーく煮込まれています。
そして、名古屋のモツ煮よりも薄味です。
もしかして、名古屋の味は濃いのかな。
レバーは、厚みがあります。
程よく塩が効いています。
これは美味しい！
よく焼けていますが、中はしっとりしています。
ハラミは、もう定番の美味しさ。
厚みがある分ジューシーで、噛むと旨みが滲み出てきます！
ここ、確かに串が旨いです。
成田山までの参道は坂なので、疲れた分、余計に美味しいのかもと思いましたが、いやいや、それを差し引いても美味しいです。
二本目の串に移り、冷めてきても美味しいですね。
串が美味しいとお酒が進みますね。
2杯目を頼んでから、もっと飲みたくなりましたが、成田では泊まらないので、これで我慢しておこうと思いました。
成田泊なら、また来ようと思います。
