Kurama is a Chinese restaurant located in Kotsu no Mori, Narita City. I had been aware of its existence for a long time because of the flags and other things, but I never had the chance to go there... This is my first visit. The parking lot is located at the back under the two-story building. It's a little hard to understand, but there seems to be a designated area for parking, so you have to be careful... The entire building is unique, with cram schools and other businesses standing out, so where's the Chinese restaurant? That's what it feels like. The atmosphere is like a quiet Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) or bar. The lunch menu is 850 yen ALL. I took a seat at the end of the counter seat. *Red oil soup Gyoza / Dumpling set meal It seems to be read as ``red oil (honyu)''. There were other standard ones, but this is the one I can't imagine. Since it's a drink for an additional 100 yen, I thought the cold one was barley tea, so I decided to get a cola instead. The red sauce has the flavor of sesame seeds and the spiciness of chili oil. Tantanmen. This is the first time I've repurposed a dish into boiled Gyoza / Dumpling. The skin is thick and chewy. It seems to be a type specialized for boiled Gyoza / Dumpling. The texture was smooth, the skin was chewy, and the filling inside was made with meat and was carefully kneaded. There were 6 boiled Gyoza / Dumpling...As I ate them, the flavors seemed to blend in, and the deliciousness seemed to increase...The rice progressed as well. As a side dish, there are 2 pieces of fried shumai. The crispy fried Gyoza / Dumpling. The soup is a thick Chinese soup with beaten eggs, but this one is seasoned with pepper and salt. So, I think this was a good contrast to the sweetness of the sesame sauce of the red oil soup Gyoza / Dumpling. I think this is a Chinese restaurant where you can enjoy a quiet and leisurely meal.
