About 6 minutes walk from JR Sakura Station. There are 5 parking spaces diagonally next to the store. This is a homemade noodle shop.
Our restaurant offers two types of homemade noodles, thin and medium-thick, made with wheat from Hokkaido, with a good aroma and smooth texture. The soy sauce Ramen is made over three days using Chiba
... soy sauce, Akita Prefecture-produced Shottsuru oyster soy sauce, dried sardines, kelp, and bonito flakes. The soup is a blend of Tsukuba-produced Akane chicken and four other types of chicken, and seafood soup made with kelp, grilled flying fish, dried sardines, and bonito flakes, resulting in a gentle, elegant, and fragrant flavor. The chicken white soup Ramen is made using only chicken, mainly Tsukuba-produced Akane chicken, and has a rich flavor that is not too mushy.
