過去数回訪問している店です。
車で千葉界隈を移動している時に鮨が食べたい場合はなぜかここが浮かびます。
お店はそこそこ立派なつくりで店の裏側の駐車場も広いです。
メニューがちょっとファミレスっぽいですが鮨はもちろん鰻やそば、おつまみ系といろいろ選べますが、やはりここは鮮魚系に強いので鮨が王道ではないかと思います。
鮨はおきまりやセットメニュー以外にもお好みでも注文が可能で、この日はお好みで注文しました。
注文は目の前に注文用紙と鉛筆があり注文個数を記入して渡せばOKなので間違えもありません。
価格も確か１カン150円からだったと記憶してますが、ウニなどの高いネタでも450円だったかと思います。
鮨は「刺身のせ系の鮨」（反対は江戸前仕事系鮨）としては標準的なものです鮮度はそこそこ良く美味しいです。
この日は週末で混雑しているせいか店員さんの数がやけに多く感じましたが、その割にはアルバイトくんの比率が多いのか客との会話もぎこちなく、お茶をお願いしても出てこなかったりで、あまりホスピタリティ的にはよろしくありませんでした。人手不足の影響なんでしょうか。。。
