カフェ・ショップ・ギャラリーで楽しめます

昨日レビューの日本料理店の手前にある、酒造ショップ併設の古民家カフェ＆ギャラリーです。

1階右は、敷地内の「きのえね農園」で無農薬栽培された食材を用いたオリジナル食品や飲料、
甘酒や粕漬に使える蔵元の酒粕など、此方ならではの商品が購入できるショップとなってます。

1階左は、糀ドリンクをはじめ酒蔵メニューが味わえる酒蔵カフェで、私は食後でしたし素直に
珈琲ですがママ友の酒粕アイスクリームをお味見したら、日本酒感の強い大人な味わいでした。
珈琲・紅茶は機械淹れですから、お酒がお好きな方ならば酒造メニューをお薦めしたいところ。

ショップの方では蔵元造りのカステラを購入しました。ママ友は甲子正宗のお酒を使用した物で
私は梅酒のカステラにしましたが、帰宅後に食べたら此方もお酒感が強く簡単に酔わされました。

2階に上がるとアートを創造する人とアートを愛でる人を繋ぐきのえねギャラリーとなっており
古民家の落ち着いた空間でアートの世界を楽しめます。無料ですし此方も見学しておきたい場所。

その他、現在は休止していますがブルーベリー農園での摘み取り体験や酒米や果物の栽培体験が
でき、ビジターセンター石炭小屋では、蔵元のことや酒造についての展示を見ることができます。
毎月第四日曜はきのえね朝市が行われ、地元の人気店が多数出店するマルシェとして賑わいます。

酒造見学は完全予約制で有料ですので、普段は鍵が閉められており蔵人が案内してくださいます。
